INTRODUCTION
The Aviation industry is one of the major contributor to the hospitality industry that will
improve the quality of operation and thus will impact the overall growth and development of
industry in a appropriate way. The Aviation or Airline industry is one of the highest revenue
generator and one of the largest job provider(Tsai and et.al., 2015). Thus, its effective placing
will help the organization to carry out the business operations in much suitable and effective
manner. Besides this, it will improve the quality of operations and action plans that are been
taken in consideration by the organization which will help in improving their overall
performance and thus will increase the overall operations in effective way. The risk factors and
various ethical considerations related to it are required to be maintained in order to have a good
rise in capabilities and thus will suggest a proper management of business activities and
operations in much suitable way.
The present assignment will cover a debate report over the management or London
Heathrow Airport that will support a proper management of the Airport in the regions of London
but is opposed bybuy the Group B i.e. residents/ Green groups. Thus, the organization will look
after the proper assessment of various factors related to it and will suggest the positive and
negative obligations which will improve the performance of the organisation to a greater level. It
will include the assessment of 3 different PESTLE factors are been selected within the
organization to a greater extent.
MAIN BODY
Environmental factors:
As the London Heathrow Airport is operating in the much effective and significant way.
This can be said that the effective placing of suitable operations will help in proper management
of business activities in much effective way. This will improve the quality of operations and the
action plans that will improve the overall operations in much suitable way. The London
Heathrow Airport will have certain environmental drawbacks that are required to be monitored
and placed by the organisation. This will also increase the core compatibility and effective
placing of the business operations in much suitable way. Thus, on the basis of the effective
research and assessment process by Wang and Altinay, (2015), this can be said that the Airport

management of business activities will help in proper handling of operations in that will
improve the suitable and effective placing of the environmental factors which will lead the
fir to enhance quality of operations in much suitable way. Besides this, it is also found that
the proper implementationplacing of environmental strategies, rules and regulations are been
followed that will help in effective placing of the business activities in much suitable manner.
Our point as residents is that the establishment of London Heathrow Airport will be a bigger
cause of pollution and environmental depletion which will impact the existence of other residents
within the country. The positive impact on the environmental will be that it will help in
developing and urbanisation of the area.
However, Wood, (2015.) states that the proper management of a business operation will
improve the quality of suitable operations which will improve the quality of action plans and
operations which will lead to the proper rise in the pollution by Aviation industry. As the
Aircraft's consumes a large amount of fossil fuel and requires a great amount of space to take off
and land, this can be said that it will lead to many environmental drawbacks and threats like
deforestation, soil erosion, noise and air pollution and ecological degradation that will lay a deep
impact on the operations of the firm. This will lead the firm to draft proper policies and action
plans to control such anti environmental activities and thus improve the quality of operations in
much suitable and effective way that will enhance the quality of aviation business products.
Thus, the management of the London Heathrow Airport will look after the developmental of
effective environmental policies and plans for the business like operations which will increase
the quality of business actions and activities in much suitable way.
The study of Pirani and Arafat, (2014) suggest that the Airport management will look
after the kerb out the restriction and objections of the residents and thus will support a proper
management of Airline business in order to reduce the pollution level caused by firm. This will
also improve the overall operations and thus will guide the organisations to make proper
environmental growth factors. Other than this, the Aviation firm will also look after the
appropriate management of the high quality of living for the residents near the airport area. The
reduction of pollution, increasing plantation and controlling the forest depletion will help in
improving the performance of the organisations in much effective way. That will improve the
overall CSR, environmental obligation fulfilling and maintaining the quality standards of the
organisation, impact the appropriate and hassle free establishment of London Heathrow Airport.

travelers incur(Hendr and et.al., 2018). Flying alone can expose travelers to cosmic ray emission
from touring large altitude and close to the North Pole.
Health problems from noise pollution: Noise pollution caused by aviation have

In this context, Heathrow generates 50% of aviation release in UK. This creates 6%of
