TASK 11.1 Organisations operating in the hospitality industries.Brothers and jockey racecourse are the rivals which are competing with the Dibley racesof the Epsom. They are providing good quality of services to maintain and competitiveenvironment marketplace. The Jockey racecourses are also organising various events in theplaces that will leads to increase their brand value and they are having award distributionceremony along with DJ parties. While the brothers racecourses are adopting another approachfob providing quality and luxurious facility to compete with the Epsom Downs racecourses.They are providing and competitive luxurious facilities to the VIP people. They are providingluxurious car facilities to pickup and drop facilities provided with good quality ofaccommodation facilities tos their guest. Along with this Brother racecourse is providing a goodhospitality service to the winners along with good quality food and beverages in evening party.2.1 Different types of products and services available in the hospitality industries.The Epsom Downs is providing large variety of products and services to their customersin the racecourse. The Epsom racecourse are largest Dibley racing organiser of the UK whichhaving historic development from the family of Queen (Medlik, 2012). Many of the VIP peoplecome three to be part of such luxurious and royal racings of UK. The Epsom is providing largenumber of variant services in their luxurious differ in order to entertain the visitors with bestinterests. Some of the facilities and the products range provided in different type of low, mediumand high range packages are as follows:Food and Beverages: the high range packages include good quality of food withmaintaining hygiene. The food comes with variant in cuisines and as per demand of theVIP person and unlimited orders. While Low packages is having a certain menu of foodand beverages products with limited numbers of free food and drinks.Waiting staff: In high range packages there are large numbers of attendants available tothe individual (Sigala, Christou and Gretzel, 2012). While in medium packages there islower numbers of the waiting staff listen to their demands. While low range packagesdoes not have personal waiting staff.Equipment hire: To take an close view of horses and the contestant there is need ofbinoculars which is complimentary available in the high range packages for the VIP1
