• The hospitality industry found me one of the most
important and growing industries in today's time.
Every day the legal issues in the hospitality industry
increasing and that's why hotel years are often
looking for ways in order to educate on major issues.
There are many hospitality laws which include
travel, employment benefits, food services and
money more.

LEGAL ISSUES
• There are many types of difficulties faced by hotels nowadays. It is necessary to identify and
take the right measures in order to deal with it.
• It is found that legal issues in hospitality can be handled only with the help of effective
workplace skills.
• So organisations which include including the hospitality industry should focus on developing
effective skills that help to handle all the legal issues. One important legal issue is discussed i.e.
hotel hygiene.

HOTEL HYGIENE
• Currently, it is identified that hotel hygiene is becoming one
of the major issues faced by resorts and hotels.
• They are facing an issue related to the health of the people
who are staying in their hotels and resorts.
• It becomes necessary for the hotels and resorts that they
should maintain hygiene in the surrounding properties.
