INTRODUCTION
Hospitality management involves the process of overseeing administrative task of a hotel
or resort. The hotel staff member is responsible to ensure the welcoming and makes the guest
feel like home. However, the present study will be base on the services provided by the hotels.
Furthermore, In this report will helps to discuss the key roles found within the housekeeping

the importance of interrelationship between housekeeping and other key department within an
organization to conduct this study further, researcher has been chosen Travelodge UK which is a
private company operating in the hotels and hospitality industry throughout the United Kingdom.
Therefore, at the end of the segment the report will examine the role of scheduling maintenance
in order to eliminate the interruption to guests. Also, it will make justify or clear the importance

responsibility of Room attendant is making bed, changing towels, restocking toiletries etc.
