INTRODUCTION To become successful and to achieve the career goal it is very much essential for an individual to ascertain and acquire some skills and knowledge into the area or field he has interest or forte. With full knowledge only a person can get master in his field and achieve success. But there are some skills which is commonly needing by everybody to acquire, these skills are proper communication skills, right behavior and attitude at a personal level. The skills and knowledge which a person acquires help him in getting specialized so that he can solve any issue or problem which he encounters with efficiency. After observing this I prepare an analyses of various documents which I believe would help me in ascertaining the challenged and problems which I could be faced during my journey (Björk, Murgoci, and Zhou, 2014). I study about the various trends which were running from past year along with the current trends. The issues which I might can face or can get affect includes the change in technology, change in the market conditions and the implications of skills which I inherent. A portfolio is made in which different documents are there with the use of which I have made many different analyses. Such of these documents include SWOT analysis, which helps an person in knowing about his strength, weakness, an opportunity which he can grab and threat he might can face. I also have worked my skills which would be needing while giving the interview so that I can impress the interviewer and gets selected. It is very known that to get successful good communication skills must need in an individual. Communication skills includes the both written and oral communication. Written skills includes how to draft an official e mail, letter or any notice for the audience to deliver. Whereas oral communication includes the use of right vocabulary to address rthe people so that they understand the message very clearly and properly. Apart from this a cover letter will also adds up in this in which the purpose and objective of me to take that job is clearly specified. Other documents are also includes into the report such as the concept for plagiarism which is used in handling the level of similarity into the report or the document so presented. Apart from this I also have tried to attain other skills which works as an icing upon the cake, these skills are presentation skills, group work which had taught me to have right attitude and behavior into the group so that people listens to me and I listens to other people so that our group goal can get achieve very effectively (Carmichael, Koumou and Moran, 2015).

TASK 1.Informal and Formal Emails The formal emails usually send to someone the sender does not known him well or to the person of some authority. Some of the examples of formal e mails may includes, mail draft by manger for his team members, employees sending a reply to his team leader, the office to communicating a formal notice to the people of whole organization. While drafting a formal mail, slang words are not used, the sender prefers to use the jargons words into the mail and tries to it be short and precise so that it eliminated any kind of confusion among the readers. The formal email includes proper salutations and greetings. Whereas in the case of informal email, are the message which a person writes to someone he knows very personally. The sender uses slang words in the place of professional language. There is no proper code for conduct is been followed while drafting a informal message (Cong and Oosterlee, 2016). The informal email can be given to parents, children, friends, relatives and so on. 2.SWOT Analysis SWOT analysis is used to perform the internal analysis of an organization, person or some topic. The SWOT stands for strength, weakness, opportunity and threat. Here the strengths refer to the points or the area where a person is very good at that one other person has those qualities, these works as a competitive advantage for a person which differentiates him from others. Weakness is the loose qualities and work as a negative for a person. They are the skills or the qualities in which a person is not good at. Opportunities are the areas where a person can do much to explore for its growth and for value increase. And at last threats are the risks which are being at a person which he believes can create harm in his career. SWOT analysis is very much useful when a person wants to introspect about himself. And it has been said that when a person is very much aware of his own qualities and drawbacks then he can work accordingly upon himself. 3.Group work A person should know how to work in a group and what kind of attitude and behavior needs to work in a group. When a person is working with a work he should have the attitude of listening to other and also respect other people ideas and opinion. The members in a group should develop a trust among themselves and the responsibilities should be delegate to them properly. The members who are in part of the group should be well aware about their roles and responsibilities which they have to follow. And all the work must get distributed among the people so that it does not create any kind of confusion among the members. Any confusion would let to conflict and conflict would create mistrust among the team members. Group work also gives a exposure to a person in his communication skill as he get to communicate with different types of people in a group. 4.Thinking into the character Thinking into the character refers to the changing into the personality according to the situation demands and act according to that character (Hsu,Huang and Chiou, 2012).
