Surroundings in which a business runs its business activities which is called as business
environment and there are many factors that are comprised in atmosphere are divided
in two parts one is intrinsic and other is extrinsic. All these points should be consider
while planning business activities. Present assignment is based upon TESCO company
which is a retail super and hypermarket that is operating its operations in and around
United Kingdom.

Different types of public and private sector
organisations
In a marketplace, there are many kind of associations are present like public and private. Both of
these two organisations are having some sort of distinctions like differs by size, structure,
objective and scope. But, primary aim of every corporation is delivery of fine quality good and
services in order to make higher profit and to fascinate more clients towards TESCO. This
action is aidful in gaining larger market share in industry.
•Non-Profit Organisation:- These corporations are started by government and people
collectively to conduct business operations for serving good quality products and services to
every class of society for enhancing their living standards.
•Non-government Organisation:- This form of corporate are formed by human beings that are
not part of governmental bodies.

Organisations in private sector includes various kinds that are stated as beneath.
•Sole Proprietorship: This is a kind of firm that is started by individual person whom
is responsible for all type of profits along with losses. Main objective of framing sole
proprietorship is to conduct business operations for survival. Owner of business makes
all relevant judgements that are mandatory for conducting business operations in
directorial manner.
•Partnerships: This organisations is started by two or more then two persons whom
have contract among them that includes profit and loss distribution on a certain ratio
basis for example gain and losses would be share on the basis of invested capital or
time employed

Reason behind complexities of business environment is that there are many organisation which
are running their operational activities in market. Business expansion from local to international
level should be done by formulating adequate tactics and policies. When business activities are
done according to set strategies then sales could be enhanced and larger profit could be
generated. TESCO is a supermarket and very efficient in business expansion because there are
large number of customers that are associated with company and able in doing mouth publicity
of association. Expansion of corporate activities are successful of this retail store because
company is most efficient in providing good quality products and services that are better that
business rivals of company. This type of action is able in enhancing reputation and brand image
of corporation

Impact of customer service on business success
Management is suppose to check performance of staff members in order to bringing
and maintaining efficiency in accomplishment of business activities. Necessity of his
action is that it helps in appropriate and timely delivery of products. TESCO company
is quite good in performing their task in most appropriate manner in order to make
satisfaction and experience of clients are good. Management implements novel
technologies in their operations like queue management by Applying queuing theory.
Company can also launch new techniques for making on time delivery.

Benefits of customer profiling to a business
These are several beneficiaries that consumer profiling have on success and growth of
organization that are illustrated as follows:

maintaining records of all data related to financial transactions and stock for bringing
smoothness in business activities.
•Managers of company are quite capable in utilizing full efficiency of research and
