Introduction
Business can be defined as the functions or activities which is performed by a group of
individuals or persons in exchange of money or gainfulness. Main reason behind forming
these firms is to gain sustainability or growth in the marketplace. In addition to this, when
an individual incorporates a business they have to follow all legislations, business plans so
that manufactured products by them can be sold to the customers in easy manner. Chosen
organisation for this assignment is Morrisons which is a fourth largest chain of supermarket
along with headquarters in Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. Present presentation will
discuss about the types of organisation in public and private sector in UK along with
organisational structure and PESTLE analysis.

Types of organisation
In UK, there are various kinds of firms who are performing their business functions and
operations so that their preset goals or objectives can be achieved within the pre-determined
time period (Achieng, 2018). Organisations of public and private sector which are existing
in the UK market are given as under:
Private sector companies: Both kind of companies like private and public are working
under it. Main objective of these firms is to gain profitability or revenues along with
providing products and services.
Partnership: These are those kinds of organisations which are formed by the mutual
consent of group of individuals.
