Introduction
Healthy eating means consuming the right quantities of food from all groups such as Children, in
order to lead a healthy life. Diet is often referred to some dietary regimen for losing weight.
However, it simply means to define that what food children eat in course of 24 hours, one week
and one month. A good diet is considered the nutritional lifestyle that is always promotes good
health condition.
Obesity rates are increasing at speed across the global world. Children make up as large
percentage of growing obese population. This can be occurred due to lack of nutrition in their
food diets. In this way, it will increase overweight or at risk of becoming overweight has more
than tripled to 33% in other countries (Stiglic and Viner, 2019). This is the more dangerous to
children well-being and functioning of society in future.
The primary aim of this study is to identify the healthy diets of Children with a proper
nutrition. These are considered as essential which help for healthy brain development among
children. This type of research project is important for identifying the basic need or requirement
for children and then providing the better nutrition diets.
Aim: How healthy diet and exercise can improve health and well-being of children
Objective
To identify the advantage of healthy diet and exercise impact on the children health
condition.
To overcome lack of nutrition level among children.
