The topic is original and very related to consumer behaviour and the purchase process. The abstract is academic, well organised and clear about the intentions, methodology undertaken and general conclusions. The structure is clear and the work is very well written, introducing the reader to different concepts developed during the research and discovering new perspectives and theories from different authors.
