paradigms. The report will further explain various impact on mental and physical health
standards among people, where further it creates decline in living scenarios informatively.

wellbeing among people, where it further will also determine positive as well as negative
increasing aspects by usage of digital platforms and social media.

Social media has been globally acknowledged as one of the main concept for bringing
on negative impact on health, where there has been wide decline in health standards among
people leading to number of mental and health issues. Social media usage has been bringing
on huge scale addiction habits, where people spend hours mindlessly scrolling through social
media feeds. Collective psychology among people has been declining within recent years,
due to usage of social media and addiction habits on regular periods. The types of mass
media outputs, consideration of varied scale views and opinions enables us to get detailed
insights on varied scale functional growth paradigms. Addiction to social media has been
competently rising within recent years in teenagers and young adults, where it has varied
negative side effects on physical and mental wellbeing. It creates impact on eye strain, social
positive withdrawal and lack of sleep among individuals, where people have discomfort

Stress and addiction with social media has been also reducing emotional connections
among individuals within people, where it has been proven that more people are getting
widely used to only social media usage. It has negative downfall among emotional stability
for people where teenagers and youngsters resort to it as one of the hugest addiction, where it
decreases flexibility to be active on huge levels. Social media has been raising as one of the
widely analysed real phenomenon, with latest technology gadgets, smart phones increasing
usage people spend majority of hours online to surf sites such as Facebook, Twitter and
Instagram. It has harmful impact on regularity within lives and on their health standards,
where addiction has potentiality to create harmful impact, as it saps energy away from
physical activities.
