INTRODUCTION
There are three major sources that can be identified when a person is seeking
employment and are related with overall advantages and disadvantages as every
source is having some of the benefits but again it has some demerits associated with it.
So detail evaluation is made of all search sources to understand the search sources in
identifying the ideal job by individual.

LinkedIN
LinkedIn is one of the largest business-oriented networking site that is having
specific objective and useful for professionals. LinkedIn helps a individual in
showcasing their ability with the help of creating a profile and showing their
interested job requirements for job position.

LinkedIN ADVANTAGES
Advantages
LinkedIn provides a great platform for job seekers to get exposure by different hiring
managers and recruiters of leading organisations.

LinkedIN DISADVANTAGES
Disadvantages
LinkedIn is a online available site and many candidates and individuals are not that
friendly with using E-Commerce websites for purpose of searching jobs and they prefer
traditional mediums so it takes lot of time for learning and using LinkedIn as a useful
medium for searching jobs.

INDEED
Indeed is a worldwide recognise employment related search engine that is
providing various job listings and opportunities to people and it was launched in
the year 2004 in November. It is basically subsidiary of the Japan's recruitment
corporation and is headquarters in Austin.

INDEED ADVANATAGES
Advantages
There are many advantages associated with using indeed but it has major added
services such as salary comparison, resume storage that helps in providing a
differentiation advantage as compared to other similar job sites.

INDEED DISADVANTAGES
Disadvantages
Indeed is not able to offer many additional sources and things as compared to other
search engines that can lead to limited options for many job seekers and they are not
referring indeed as compared to other such type of job searching websites.

CAREER FAIRS
Career fairs are different types of recruiting events that take place in a particular
location for the purpose of organising a meet of different employers and recruiters
who are willing to employee certain candidates for weekend profiles in their
organisation. It is a place where job seekers and employers are meeting for the
purpose of a similar requirement.

CAREER FAIRS ADVANTAGES
Advantages
It is a tool that helps in employers to find suitable candidates according to
the requirements of profiles and very candidates were seeking for some
attractive job opportunities as they get to know about different organisations
and their required profiles under one roof.

CAREER FAIRS DISADVANTAGES
Disadvantages
Many times there are difficulties for employers in such type of job fairs as large
number of applicants that are applying for a particular profile even if they are
certainly not eligible it leads to lot of wastage of time and resources in
scrutinizing & is not beneficial for organisation to select a suitable candidate
from such large amount of applications.

CONCLUSION
• From the above discussed it can be said that there are many different types of
websites that are available for a particular job seeker I believe that LinkedIn is one of
the most suitable for a job seeker.
• I believe that among all different options available for looking of different job
opportunities according to their desired job role linked in is most easily accessible area.
• Apart from this, it is most convenient and active sites that can be used as compared to
link in and different career affairs for finding a suitable opportunity of job.
