has been collected from conducting online survey with participants. The secondary method of
data collection include interviews and online journals, articles and books.
3.6 Sampling Method
The sample size for the survey has been 9 employee of different companies in Singapore. There
have been 12 close ended questions included in the survey questionnaire. Sampling has been
done using random non-probability method. There has been two interviews done in order to
gather data from managers of different companies.

Data Analysis refers to the analysis of the data and information collected in the research. There
have be two types of data analysis method including Quantitative and qualitative method.
Qualitative data analysis focuses on the data collection done with the help of secondary method
including online journals, articles and books. Interviews are also included in the secondary
method of data collection. Quantitative data collection method focuses on the data collection
done from primary data collection method including online survey. Data has been analysed using
Likert scale .Various charts and graphs have been used in order to analyse data and information.
Statistical data analysis has been dine with the statistical data collected from nine survey.
Quantitative data analysis has been done by using these created form the interview and research
objectives. (Silverman 2016).
This research has used both qualitative and quantitative data analysis method. This method is
known as mixed data analysis method. Both primary and secondary data collection method have
been used in this research for collecting data for the research.
3.8 Ethical Consideration
This research has followed all the moral ethical consideration under the academic research
guidelines. Data and information has been secured under the Data Protection Act 1998. Personal
and private data of the survey participants have been kept secret and have not been used in the
research. Data has not been tapered during the data analysis method. All results and outcomes
have bee published after the completion of the research. No participants have been forced to stay
in the research till the end. They were kept free to leave the research at any point of time and
place.

There have been various limitations in the research. The time provided for the research has not
been appropriate for completing the research. The budget of the research has been low due it
which advanced data analysis tool has not been used. Survey participants were not willing to
answer survey question properly. There have been many haphazard answers in the survey form.
This has created difficulties for the researcher to analyse it.
