Technology is increasing and regularly enhancing its coverage area being part of all different
small or big activities of human lives basically birthday today need of individuals. The technical
world has evolved in a revolutionary way in the past decade. The world is evolving and so as
technology becoming a very important and essential part of life bringing is and comfort in day to
day actions and requirements of individuals (Mullan and Wajcman, 2019). One is the greatest

as laptop tablets iPods Bluetooth devices etc. The report discusses the influence of use of mobile
devices and other technologies on the ways individual work. Along with it few issues in
maintaining a work life balance are also evaluated.

2019). Several different technologies which are unique updated and attractive is entering the
world of mobile phones providing use power in hands of individuals by just few clicks. Mobile
phones was invented with the motive of getting people collected with one another who are far
away from each other. In current scenario updated technology still evolving have brought a lot of
change from the very beginning till now. Example of it is the keypad phones and the smart full
screen no button technology phone (Alexandrou and Chen, 2019). Mobile Phone was initially a
small instrument with few numbers on a keypad allowing people to connect some one place to
another necessary communication and messages. In the current world mobile phone has become
and considered as a essential good for people without which they cannot survive. Mobile phone
and other technology products have their impacts and provides is to people for working in
several different ways but just having some few clicks. But it has evolve the way people work
now it’s not just an instrument which is used to communicate but nowadays it provides a lot
more features and power to people.

tablets, social media etc. By involving it in their work and day to day activities. The use of

many advantages and flexibility to people but as known that every think has two sides one is
positive and another is negative. Updating technology and increasing use of mobile phone has
implemented both best and worst effects on the working styles and methods of people.
The better and advantages impacts of mobile phones in different technologies in the way people
work bringing them flexibility and the power to say connected with everyone at any moment and
giving all the information in just few seconds and by just few clicks. Earlier when technology
was in the invention stage at that time people used to work from their offices and move to their
houses but the revolutionary changes technology brought in and the mobile phone has provided
them the potential to work from anywhere. The best effect of updating technology and increasing
use of mobile devices is it allows people to work from anywhere in the world from any corner.
The work from home concept has introduced because of the strengthening effects of technology
on the ways people work allowing them potentially working every time.
The worst effect of mobile phone devices and other technology is it decreasing private space and
increasing issues in balancing and maintaining the work life balance. Earlier the people and
employees were bound to work in their workplace and in particular working hours. the updating
technology and increasing mobile phone devices has brought a very beneficial solution for
people to work from anywhere but it has the worst effect on their lives as now they are bound to
work from everywhere and at anytime the employers required them to work. This created several
worst outcomes in personal and professional life of people out of which the biggest is in
balancing work life balance (Rippin, 2019). Nowadays individuals do not get any time for
themselves their family and their personal time. Everybody is facing this problem who are
working in the corporate world as they are bound to respond to their employers at all the times
whenever connected or contacted. this is creating issues in the personal life as the family is
dissatisfied and unhappy personal space left for the individual in their life.
