and the department of human resources very essential for the business as they provide
assistance in enhancing the productivity as well as performance level of the workers
that are working in the organization.

 There are various rules which are being function by the manager of human resource
in order to promote inclusion and diversity of functioning in the organization. One of
the major responsibility of the human resource department is to take several survey
in accordance to identify the requirements of their workers in the organization.
 Department of human resource of the organization make sure that they regularly
evaluates the process of recruiting as they also concentrate on evaluating and
attaining the new workers in the organization that belongs to different groups and
culture as well.

CONCLUSION

workers in the commercial businesses is very crucial element for the motivation level
as well as encouragement in order to conduct the practices of the organization
