Select an organization (your choice: informed by your experience or career aspirations) and
produce a HR Fact Sheet about the organization written from the perspective of a careers
guidance service (not the organization itself) and aimed at informing potential applicants for
careers with the organization. This HR Fact Sheet should i) provide an overview of the
organization, e.g. products and services, growth etc.; ii) analyse the organization’s strategy
and cultures; iii) detail its employment / workforce; iv) evaluate employment in the organization
providing quantitative and qualitative evidence. This HR Fact Sheet should have impact
through visuals and HR analytics and be no more than 500 words / 2 pages
