This human resource team is having different kinds of responsibilities where they have to recruit
and retain the employee, have to prepare the payrolls, training and development, performance
management and compensation and benefit systems for the employee. The HR management has
a duty to enhance the organizational results and outcome and increase the effectiveness of the
employee by monitoring their performance. This field is mostly attracted and interesting for me
to adopt this professional field where I can express my abilities and skills.

I know that HR has a duty of making the organization satisfied and fulfilled from which an
employee can be able to put the best efforts of them in making the company grow. Along with
this, I am also required to identify and fulfil the needs of the people and makes them feel
motivated by implementing the different ideologies and techniques which will make them to put
more effort and can provide the effectiveness.
