This report has included a reflective part where asked to select an interested field of job role
where had chosen a Human Resource Management field which is quite interested in the opinion.

This human resource team is having different kinds of responsibilities where they have to recruit
and retain the employee, have to prepare the payrolls, training and development, performance
management and compensation and benefit systems for the employee. The HR management has
a duty to enhance the organizational results and outcome and increase the effectiveness of the
employee by monitoring their performance. This field is mostly attracted and interesting for me
to adopt this professional field where I can express my abilities and skills.

I know that HR has a duty of making the organization satisfied and fulfilled from which an
employee can be able to put the best efforts of them in making the company grow. Along with
this, I am also required to identify and fulfil the needs of the people and makes them feel
motivated by implementing the different ideologies and techniques which will make them to put
more effort and can provide the effectiveness.

Problem solving skill is my strength from which I am able to resolve the obstacles in effective
from where the employee of the company can feel free to share their ideologies and thought
process. Along with this, I believe that I am a multitasker so that I am able to handle and manage
the different kinds of responsibilities of the HR manager at particular job role and can provide
the effectiveness accordingly. As, I am having all these kinds of skills which plays an essential
role in the HR management and can enable the opportunities to become a good HR manager.

Second possible challenge for the HR management is to motivate the employee so that they can
put the best efforts of them where a company can be able to develop and grow effectively. For
motivating the employee an HR management can provide the effective payroll system and bonus
ideologies which will make them to put the efforts and can develop the organization accurately.

At last, this management is also facing the obstacle of providing the workplace safety and
security issues where the people or workers suffers from this and not able to supply the effective
outcome.
Regard to this, the HR management team can resolve and overcome this challenge by focusing
on these areas and adopting the technology resources like cameras for the security measurement
and a clean environment by focusing on the health and safety areas.
