It can be said that humanresources play a major role in the successful working of the organization and thus it helps inglobal market segmentation. The study of human resources in the organization includesrecruitment in the organization, ideas and benefits given to the employees and hiring of theemployees and recruitment in the organization. There are two important metrics such astraditional as well as modern metrics that will `help in the growth of the business. It will alsohelp to maintain the important issues and work activities that are related to the organization. Thehuman resource management always instructs the management to run the organizationsuccessfully. It can be said that if the organization has better human resource, the businessoperation will run smoothly and efficiently in the market (Armstrong and Taylor 2014). Traditional and modern metrics of Business performance The modern metrics of business includes the international business operation and it isimportant to maintain the work of the organization by employing better human resource. Fromthe context of human resource management study, it can be said that the managers must have thecapacity to solve the problems in the organization. An example can be cited of the managers andthe supervisors who suggest that the practices associated with HR includes the process of hiringand recruitment (Cummings and Worley 2014). It can be said that in order to provide better ideasto the managers, the employees must have proper experience in the relevant field in theorganization. Thus, it can be said that modern metrics plays an important role in identifying theprimary goals of the business. This metrics depends on the different disparities between internal

The modernbusiness venture is important to identify the business gain or loss in the organization.Advantages and disadvantages of HR management in the organizationHuman resources has several advantages and disadvantages in the organization and themain aim of the organization is to utilize the best resources in the organization.Advantages The human resource aims for the creation of better action plan in the organization. It will help in the creation of sense of co-operation for increasing unity among the people.It will also help in the fundamental necessities as well as development of naturalresources for the employees in the organization.It also helps in the creation of employment opportunities for the welfare of the people(Oke 2016).It also helps to build democracy of leadership among the people of a particularcommunity (Mathis and Jackson 2016). DisadvantagesIt becomes difficult to analyze the departmental work in the organization. Thehuman resource professional must take the help of the managers for thedevelopment of the organization.In certain cases, the organization faces difficulty due to loss of subjectivity.The production cost in many organization is higher because of constantproduction and low demand of the customers.
