INTRODUCTION
Management of human resource refers to that perspective of efficient and effective
people management in an organisation in such a manner that they support the business in order to
achieve advantage at competitive level. It is important at the organisational level because it
maximises the performance of employees in the service of strategic objectives of an employer. In
the present report, Cafe pod is taken into consideration(Abban., 2018). It is a business of craft
coffee in the independent manner that was initiated in the year of 2011. The major emphasis of
this cafe is to enhance the quality of coffee for drinkers who are adventurous that can be liked at
home as well. The present report will cover discussion about the development of strategies and
the use of techniques which can be used to enhance engagement and employee involvement. In
addition to this, the report will cover analysis about the communication approach which will
assist greater employee voice. Moreover the report will cover analysis about training and
development considerations in the business proposal.
MAIN BODY

force it is necessary for Cafe pod to have competent skilled workforce in order to retain and
attract employees who have the proper sets of skills. In order to fulfil this purpose, there is a need
of effective and proper operating model of resource of human. There are dissimilar aspects that is
related to this aspect which includes department of HR, team of HR, HR business partner and
departmental people as well.
