INTRODUCTION Good understanding of the employees, knowledge, behaviour, culture and skills for the changes to come in the organization accordingly is a very essential factor so that the company will be able to operate effectively. Culture and values of the employees are going to be different from one another therefore common grounds and good information which needs to be passed on so that they would be able to match the standards of the company. The following report is going to discuss the reflection of myself so that there is good understanding which is going to be present of myself so that the further decisions can be taken accordingly and better outcomes can be expected. REFLECTION I feel that in an organisation there are a lot of issues which can rise and have to be addressed on time so that the functioning is going to be effective. The competition in the market is already high therefore the company needs to be disciplined and having the right ethics in order to be able to achieve their targets and goals. Thereis a lot of technological information which needs to be present to make a poster identifying the main problem which the company is facing (Kemp, Jacobs and Stewart, 2016). I had a lot of issues making this poster since there was a lack of information and my communication skills is not that effective in order to be able to achieve the highest outcome from this report. It is important for me to be able to connect with the technology which is being used and the economic space after organisation so that there is going to be higher functioning which would be present. I have a lot of development which have to be done in me so that there is going to be higher achievement which I can have for myself. There are issues in the business which have to be addressed on time since the company is going to have major trouble with these small issues in the future if they are not going to be solved on time. There has to be good distribution of working which has to be present so that there is going to be effective working which is going to be present. There is a lot of information which needs to be stored in a company in order to be able to operate effectively in the market which is going to help the company be able to have higher performance and operations of the company are going to be higher (Msallam, Abu-Naser and Al Shobaki, 2020).
The culture of the organisation has to be maintained therefore the background of all the employees working in the organisation have to have the same target and goal. Employees are going to belong from different backgrounds and cultures and professionals need to maintain in order to make sure that there is good functioning which is present (Lee and et.al.,2017). The core behaviour of the organisation needs to be maintained and therefore I have to make sure that I understand them in order to be able to match the standards of the organisation. There are high expectations and outcomes driven motivation which is going to be required for the company to be able to achieve their mission and vision in the market. The competition is high therefore the employees of the organisation will have to be maintained and informed from time to time. There are a lot of technological changes which are coming in the organisation like information and communication technology which have to be trained to the employees so that it can be adapted to effectively and efficiently (Amirul and Mail, 2020). Good collection of information is required in a business so that there is going to be higher information which is going to be present in the market which is going to be a great factor for the company to have. Communication is a very important factor in the company so that there is going to be higher balance which is going to be present in the organization. There has ot be good communication also because there is going to be a better sense of direction which is going to be present from the employees and standards of the company are also going to be matched effectively and efficiently (Munro, 2020). There is a lot of improvement which is done in information technology and soft ware’s which are present in the market therefore the business will have to adapt to them effectively so that there is going to be good working and the pressure on the employees can be reduced. There is a lot of pressure on me as well when it comes to working without the right information in the company which is not going to make the positive impact on me or the company in the market which has to be present. It is very important for me to adapt to the technological changes which are coming up so that there is going to be effective working which is going to be present and that is a very essential factor for me to have. System in the market which are coming up and the company slowly adapting to the changes is very important for me to adapt to as well so that there is going to be effective working which is going to be present (El- Ghalayini, 2017). Evidence has to be based effective so that there is going to be right growth which is going to be present and that is going to be a great factor for the company to have.

CONCLUSION From the above reflection it can be concluded that the businesses in the market have to make the right decisions while hiring the employees so that the outcomes and profit margins of the company are going to be higher.
