Risk Register
While making improvement within the process of HR, it is important to consider risk
factors by the C.D. Laskey organisation so that they can appropriately take their further
decisions into right manner. HR Manager has to take care about the security breaches of software
and also about the employee information which is in confidential manner (Strach and et.al.,
2019). When information has been secured into appropriate manner then it is easier to improve
the process of human resource. There are certain situations where employees work more than
their desired working hours then human resource management need to make sure that all
employees finish their work within their set hours of working. To improve the process of HR it
is necessary that all employees will get proper pay according to their experience and knowledge
and there should not be no biasness which will result into conflicts at the organisational level. So
these are the main risk factors which has been faced at organisational level so HR needs to make
sure that the process can be improved with the positive approach.
