INTRODUCTION
Human resource management refers to the process of selecting, recruiting, providing
orientation and also imparting the training and development as well. Human resource
management is very significant at the organisational level where it is important to manage every
kind of people according to the the company's norms and obligations as well(Bányai and et.al.,
2018). In the present report, a case is taken into consideration on C. D. Laskey. This case study
is about introducing robots into factories and the Svidnik factory will be the test bed. The present
report will cover discussion about the primary HRM issues within C.D. Laskey organisation and
also about the proposal for optimising the delivery of HR processes at C.D. Laskey. In addition
to this, the report will cover analysis about plan of implementation which includes outline
costings and responsibilities. Moreover the report will cover discussion about risk register.

Explain about primary HRM issues in C. D. Laskey
Within the organisation, it is important to consider HRM issues into strategic manner so
that organisation can achieve overall objectives and goals into specified manner. There are
certain HRM issues which is defined into the following manner:
One issue of HRM related to management of individuals: According to the exercise of
benchmarking, it has been found out that the cost of production has been significantly higher
than the immediate competitors. It has led to higher prices on shelves for its leading products a
breakfast cereal and breakfast cereal bar. The main issue is that to have an efficient approach
which is based on lean production methods.
One issue of HRM related to management of teams: It is the issue which is related to the
health and safety that needs to be managed into effective manner. This is a issue which act as
internal conflict which is threatening to interfere with relationship of suppliers.
One issue of HRM related to change management: C.D. Laskey basically produces curds,
yoghurt and cheese. As with the impact of BREXIT, the costs which is carried by the C.D.
Laskey has been increasing. Curds are the local speciality which is basically produced from
