INTRODUCTION
In the present research report is based on analysing different job opportunities which are
undertaken by HR profession. This is one of the professional field which requires higher
confidence and communication skills in order to manage people within the organisation (DeLisi,
Drury and Elbert, 2021). I am looking forward that to make my career in human resource field as
this will provide me experience and succession opportunities for sharpening my career. There are
huge numbers which are making their career in HR as this is one of the interesting subject which
is related with face to face interaction with people. Human resource is regarded as the profession
which is connected with managing people in the organisation. The current research report is
going to demonstrate different trends which are undertaken within HR department and helps in
developing skills and experience of people working within HR Profession. The current research
demonstrates different trends within HR and their interrelationship with people those are desired
to make their career within field of HR. The investigation will undertake primary and secondary
information in order to develop in-depth information related with the topic. Using interview
primary data will be collected so that by asking open ended questions data can be collected. On
the other hand, in terms of secondary sources using books, journals and articles data will be
gathered in accurate manner. Hence, this report includes all those skills which are needed by HR
Profession along with different trends.

General trends which will impact HR profession (Secondary research)
There are different trends which are essential for the human resource profession in order to
manage the overall human resource profession (Edgerton and Desimone, 2019). This is one of
the precious asset which are associated with managing significant activities in which objectives
of the organisation can be attained. So this can be said that within every organisation human
resource managers are holding higher degree as this is helpful in retaining talented employees
and developing strategies for the same. Some of the emerging HR trends are elaborated as under:
Technology
Inclusion of technology is the latest trend within HR profession as using this different HR
functions can be executed. Technology is associated with having significant importance in every
business sector as using the same business operations can be executed in easy manner and at the

same time issues can be mitigated (Granovskiy, 2018). HR Profession is also dependent on
advanced technology in which different HR activities can be finished within given period of
time. Technologies such as candidate tracking software, cloud computing and many others can
be used by the HR executives so that the entire tasks and activities can be managed in prominent
manner. Using these technologies vacant positions can be filled by HR executives so that right
employee can be employed by the organisation. In other words this can be said that using
advanced technologies situations of biasness can be eliminated and at the same time using such
methods equal opportunities of selection can be given to each and every candidate. The
organisation those are appointing HR executive at that point of time this is expected that these
candidates must be aware regarding usage of technologies (Hirschi, 2018). Graduates are
required to be capable of using these advanced technologies in such a manner that given tasks
can be completed by them within provided time frame.
Programs for employee wellness
Employees are considered as the people those work even in stressful environment so that
to manage business workings in appropriate manner (Johnston, Castellano and Darche, 2019).
Due to heavy work load within the organisation the HR department has started to introduce
wellness programs so that healthy working environment can be developed. These are the
programs which are introduced by HR professional so that employees can be work with higher
involvement and collaboration. Now HR executives are looking for such strategies which are
helpful in creating work life balance so that to manage their personal and professional life all
together.
In this manner organisation may expect that recent graduates are aware about the topic of
healthy mental state so that in appropriate manner business objectives can be attained. Recent
graduates are required to develop such skills by which they can determine different challenges
which are faced by them in their working (Maree, 2020).
Diversity and inclusion
Another essential trend within HR Profession is related with managing diversity that
means the organisation are using measures in which caste, gender and other elements are
eliminated. HR professional are highly focused over increasing employees diversity so that
appropriate support can be given to the organisation and at the same time employee support can
be provided in needed manner (Monson and Reynolds, 2021). Therefore, the organisation
