MAIN BODY
TASK 1
Which skills have you developed and/or enhanced as a result of the project?
There is a project of college in which I participated as a HR manager in order to solve the
business problem. I found that every day the employees' retention turnover is increasing. This is
the reason that I conducted a meeting in which all employees are invited for finding the root
cause of problems (Punjani, 2019). In that meeting, I got to know that communication skills
plays a very important role in order to resolve the employee's problems. During solving the
employees' problems I analysed that there is a requirement of more engagement with employees
so that they will feel important and encouraged towards organisational goals and objectives. As a
result of this project, I analysed that there is a huge transformation in me in respect of skills
development. Due the engagement sessions with employees, I gained effective communication
skills. I also came on time as I played an important role in the transformation of employees'
behaviour towards organisation (Sousa, 2018). This is the reason that I also developed time
management skills which leads to inspire and influence employees towards organisational
performances. In order to lead a team, I gained good quality of leadership as I had to lead
employees that they understand the organisational needs and work accordingly. As a result of
this project, I also able to enhance my analytical skills. There were many situations occurred in
which I need to give solutions to the employees but it only can dine with the help of analytical
skills. In this way, I enhanced my analytical skills.

At the starting of the process, there were many things which I didn't know. I faced my

relationships, talent retention, diversity in the workplace, employee health and well being,
training and development strategies, etc. I also got to know that HR functions should be modified
after understanding the employee's behaviour. I also got to know that higher education
recruitment is one of the best method to recruit fresh talented people in the organisation. This
termed is also known as campus recruitment which now I will use in the future recruitment
