It will also reveal the suitable HR policies that can be practiced by the organization in addressing its threats and weaknesses identified through STEEPLED analysis. STEEPLED analysis STEEPLED analysis is carried out for Take Solutions Ltd that will reveal the external factors affecting the business of the company that will facilitate in developing effective HR strategies.
