reference to related theories and models
Changes makes the organisation move towards
it's welfare as the changes done by the management is
beneficial for the employees as well as for the productivity
of organisation. The employees working within the
organisation does not accept the changes easily, because it
is human nature that they rigid to change. This is why the
management of Tesco is involve in using different models
of change management.

Lewin's Change Management Model
The Lewin's change management model was developed by Kurt Lewin in 1950s (Love and Matthews, 2019). This model
comprises of three steps which will help in understanding the change management model. The steps involved in this
model are stated below -
