In context to the modern contemporary organisation, it is essential for the managers to ensure that each of the employees get equal opportunity. Therefore, certain ways or recommendations can be provided here to ensure availability of equal access. The most common and significant suggestion is evaluate the present performance of the employees through training tools or programme. Equal access to training opportunities can be also ensured by promoting diversity, respect, and equal value to all individuals. Furthermore, to strategize the benefits and success of the implemented processes of training would determine the effectiveness of tools. Thirdly, organisation must obtain information and improve through the inputs from SMEs, and other people to ensure better training opportunities, leading to increased opportunities of training (Alonso, Moscoso & Salgado, 2017).
