INTRODUCTION This presentation paper will be based on the field of Human Resource Management as an area of my professional interest. Human resource management refers to the management of people which are employed in an organization in order to increase their functioning and ability to perform for the betterment of the company.
Human Resource Management As my role would be to manage the people in the organization, it would be my responsibility to plan the process for achieving the goals set by the company. I will have to grab the attention of the top level management to take part in determining, preparing and carrying out the business goals. As a human resource manager, I will have to properly understand the nature of each job and make sure each employee receives what is required to them to them. I will have to hire right candidates for right jobs by analysing their knowledge in a particular field and hire them accordingly.

How challenges can be overcome with strengths One of biggest challenge faced by the human resource management ismaintaining the employee relations within the organization. since, it is the duty of human resource management to manage the workforce, similarly, they have to maintain employee relations in order to get the work done from them. From the same, I think my communication skills would be of great help in order to keep the employees happy.
CONCLUSION My presentation paper is based on the profession of human resource management as my dream career. With the help of this presentation paper, I recognized my strengths that can help me in my career path under human resource management. For obtaining a career under this profession, I will have to join as an intern and gain knowledge on each stage of my career in order to move ahead in my life.
