INTRODUCTION
This presentation paper will be based on the field of Human Resource Management as an area of my
professional interest.
Human resource management refers to the management of people which are employed in an organization in
order to increase their functioning and ability to perform for the betterment of the company.

As my role would be to manage the people in the organization, it
would be my responsibility to plan the process for achieving the goals
set by the company. I will have to grab the attention of the top level
management to take part in determining, preparing and carrying out
the business goals.
As a human resource manager, I will have to properly understand the
nature of each job and make sure each employee receives what is
required to them to them.
I will have to hire right candidates for right jobs by analysing their
knowledge in a particular field and hire them accordingly.

For the purpose of choosing human resource
management as my dream career profession, I will
have to follow a career path that will me help to move
further and acquire high positions in my life.

One of biggest challenge faced by the human resource
management is maintaining the employee relations
within the organization. since, it is the duty of human

order to get the work done from them. From the same, I
think my communication skills would be of great help in
order to keep the employees happy.
