In this report I will consider the current global challenge of International Operations that is faced
by Wal-Mart. I will make recommendations in the context of improving the condition of the
company at international level. The role of human resource management in organization, large or
small, is huge as it facilitates in employing people and provides training them and compensating
them. Wal-Mart is well known American multinational retail corporation that operates its
business in different countries but facing global challenge in handling them with efficient
manner. There are different challenges in International Human Resource Management that has
