Introduction In order to conduct the research five journals have been taken under consideration
on Human Resource Management. Being an important part of Retail Management,
human resource management’s involvement cannot be denied. In this aspect these
five articles are highly efficient to determine the changes that are observed in
work culture. In this regard different practices of Human Resource Management,
Innovative work behavior, training and development and importance of teamwork
in a work culture have been defined. How to achieve a flexible environment in
work culture has been discussed in the articles as well for better implementation of
new thoughts

The chosen article reflects on the effect of Human Resource Management practice
on organizational commitment in pharmacy in Jordan. The main purpose of the
assignment is to find the role of human resource management’s organizational
commitment in order to maintain balance in pharmacy business in Jordan. The
literature review of this article provides information on human resource practice,
recruitment methods, training and development and many other aspects. In order
to complete, the research 200 questions have been developed and they are
distributed among the potential respondents. Survey has been conducted the data

has been evaluated by Likert scale. The article finds that Jordan pharmacies are
Highly Effective by the decision-making skills of HR management.

The study mainly focuses on Human Resource Management and its contribution
to an organization. In this article, human resource management’s influence on
pharmacy business has been taken under consideration. From the analyzed data, it
is found that human resource management plays a vast role in determining the
efficiency of a service and how the deficiencies can be improved. Apart from that,
the article gives basic knowledge on Human Resource Management, which is
necessary for any specific reader to get knowledge about this particular section. In
order to conduct a research on the functionality of Human Resource Management
and the importance that this segment has on any kind of business, this article is
highly important. It can be related to the Retail Management section also, which
is depending on HR management system just like the pharmacy sector. The survey
done in the article also describes that productive management is a necessary part
in any kind of business and that is why HR management must be valued and
constant modification must be added to it. Another reason behind selecting this
document is the analytical tips of the article. The article has focused on supply
chain management, which is a major part in retail industry. Retail industry is
depending on supply chain management and in this context; the role of HR
management plays a significant value which is described in this peer reviewed
journal. Apart from that, the article has provided recommendations and limitations
of the human resource management. In future, what can be studied in the same
field is also described in the article and this is why this article can be taken under
consideration.

The topic that has been taken under consideration in this case is Managing
innovative work behavior and how human resource practices influence it. In this
context, the main research questions are how the human resource management
contributes in developing and managing work behavior in a particular working
environment.In order to complete the research the researcher has taken 198
Spanish firms as research samples. In the findings, it is found that there is an
opportunity of developing the standards that are already present in a working
environment. According to the researcher, management’s support and coworkers
support can be used to add improvement in order to conduct a work precisely and
perfectly. There might be some limitations but with proper cooperation, the
limitations can be easily mitigated. The article concludes that human resource
management has a big influence on the standards that are present in any work
culture. To understand and approach in the precise manner cooperation is highly
necessary in any organization.

As discussed above the journal mainly target managing innovative work behavior
that has potential to make difference in production and intersection of a company.
In order to conduct research on the Retail Management section the article is going
to help adequately. Innovation is one of the things that an organization needs. It is
not true that only product manufacturing section needs innovation. In case of retail
management, innovative ideas can have better effect on delivering a product to the
necessary place, taking orders from the customers and reviewing all the states that
retain customer for a long time. In the article is found that human resource
management is positively related to innovative work and new kind of behavior.
From the findings the limitations and future research directions has been found
