INTRODUCTION In general, an organizationrequires a responsible departmentto look out for the performance of a company. The companyFarm Boxwho grow and distribute the fresh food via online ordering platform, located in Cheshire United Kingdom. The company has started decreasing their productivity after the Covid pandemic. Now, they are planning for hiring the human resource management department to evaluate and drive their business at successful position (Pombo and Gomes, 2018). The report is illustrating the concept of HRM models, strategies, theories and methods from which an organization can again enhance their productivity and can secure their employee management. MAIN BODY The human resource management is responsible for different work process which includes identifying, recruiting, attracting, interviewing, and on boarding employee. Here, performing the different models and theories from which HR department can be able to affect the behaviour of the employee in the workplace and also enhance the company's productivity. AMO Theory — Ability, Motivation and Opportunity Ability :This function helps an organization to move forward and achieve success. The term ability defines as the power of skill which a human creature have from which the person can be able to fulfil all their requirement or even desires. In human resource management the AMO theory has been implemented because it helps the management to increase the employee engagement and also increase the productivity (Sepahvand, and Moghoyi Nezhad, 2017). This act majorly applied to increase the skill and knowledge of a human creature from which a company can identify the growth and development. The company Farm Box HRM implements this theory in their organization to affect the employee behaviour at the workplace and improve the company fruitfulness. The HRM started focusing the employee behaviour and activities from which they can identify the skill and knowledge of them from which they can be able to give them an appropriate job responsibility to furnish and grow. Consider an example, management requires someone to lead the food processing department which requires to recognize the leadershipskillinaperson.AnHRmanagementevaluatedandexaminetheemployee knowledge from which they can be able to offer a person that job responsibility. Providing an
accurate and suitable job position to a person will make them satisfied, and they will be able to put their best efforts from which company will obtain the higher productivity. Motivation :The motivation act is describing the courage and inspiration to enhance the skills and develop. It is important and necessary to encourage the people around especially at workplace or organization. A person or employ will be able to put their skill and knowledge when they feel satisfied and courageous to perform the work activity. Motivation is a feeling or emotion a person or human creature involve to feel strengthen and capable to furnish the act and achieve the success and beneficial result (Edgar, Zhang, And et.al., 2019). In organizations, human resource management have a part of responsibility to enhance the motivation of the employee working in a company. A company Farm Box HR management utilize this motivation concept or method to improve their sale and productivity. The HRM can use different ideologies to increase the power and motivation in the people such as providing them incentive or bonus strategy. Also, a management can provide the flexible work environment and medical and holiday packages from which an employee will have a beneficial objective which will also lead them to improver and focus on their work. Apart from this, a management also should add the appreciation mails and act even at front of the entire team which will lead them to feel motivated (Mowbray, Wilkinson, and et.al., 2020.). Opportunity :The last factor AMO theory is illustrating the opportunity act which means a chance and possibility to an individual. It is very obvious that when a person or an individual get a chance or opportunity to exhibit themselves then only they will be able to understand their skill or ability. Nowadays, at many organizations the work culture or surroundings are hold by discrimination and do not give chance to other employee to exhibit themselves. An organization Farm Box management believes in giving an opportunity to an individual person to grow and develop their skill and productivity of company as well (Basrowi, and Suryanto, 2020). HRM have a duty where they can serve an opportunity or chance to each employee from which they can also display and show their effective skills and ability in the work process. Every person has at least one skill and ability in their own but it requires acknowledging and self assessment to understand that capability. HRM should provide or offer the opportunity to develop and grow in definite perspective which will enhance the employee skill and also increase the productivity of an organization.

Process: Moving ahead third term of this theory explaining the process which generally means a pattern of working. HR management requires to make a plan and strategy to implement the work it includes operations, systems and different methods to exhibit the idea and plan. Farm Box company HR management needs to ficus on the system of an organization. For example, a company needs to grow and develop its productivity and searching for the staff members to join and put their efforts but it requires maintaining and understand the work process. This activity is a duty of HR management to explain the entire work system of a business organization which will makes employee to put their best efforts. People: This term elaborate the employee engagement with the HR management. satisfied and comfortable at work surrounding. Man organization do not pay attention towards the employee and makes them feel pressured. The mentioned organization HR management focus on the employee behaviour and always makes a better communication with them which will make an employee to share and suggest their thinking. It is possible that a person has an obstacle or issue at a workplace which is making them uncomfortable to stay (Buheji, and Buheji, 2020). HR management should have a familiar and responsible nature towards the employee so that employee will feel to share their demands and obstacle in the ease manner. Performance: The last function of the model is performance which includes the result which needs to be measured by the appropriate and accurate standards. A mentioned company HR management requires to evaluate the performance or result which will leads them to know and understand the places where they need to improve. The result should be measured by viewing the efforts and the action of an employee putting in the organization for the betterment of growth. Reviewing the performance of the organization which will make a knowledge to improve the system and standard in a company. Impact of the above mentioned models on the organization The above performed model put an effective impact on the organization productivity and able to perform well in the food delivery industry (Atiku, Fields, and Abe, 2017). The company has applied two models of human resource management strategy to develop the organization accordingly. At first model which is AMO theory which impacted very well in the Farm Box and supports to develop. With the help of AMO model, employee working in a company have a very good environment to work and excited to stay at the business. HR management has first identified the skills and abilities in an individual person from which they are able to understand the suitable job responsibility. This function can be exhibited when a management communicate withtheiremployeeineffectivemanner.AfterexaminetheabilitiesofemployeeHR management also started to motivate and encourage the people at the workplace from which they will not feel uncomfortable and under pressured. A management also started incentive system to motivate them which increases the employee engagement and enhanced the productivity. Along with this, they also serve the different opportunity to the employee to grow and develop themselves and company as well. This theory helps an organization to increase the quality and ability of employee, improve the productivity and also motivates the employee from which a company can be able to grow and develop(). At other hand, the company also utilize the 5P's
model which also helps to develop the organization in the fruitful manner. This model consists of purpose, people, process, principles and performance related to company. This model can be applied with long term period with variety of leadership and management theories. With the help of this model, organization has increased their productivity as the HR management was able to understand the aim and objectives of a company. This model evaluated that employee also need to understand the goals and targets, work procedure and guidelines to give or provide an effective result to the organization (Susskind, Kacmar, And et.al., 2018). Applying this model, HR management can be able to recognize the performance of the organization and helps them to understand the places or area of improvement. Accordingly, an organization ask to focus on the training sessions from which an employee can be able to practice the work process and provide the results effectively. Recommendation It has been recommended that a company is required to apply the guest model of human resource management which will help them to grow and improve the productivity. Guest Model of HRM Strategy :A company named Farm Box HR management should apply the guest model strategy in the organization which can increase and improve the organizational growth and productivity. HR management requires evaluating and planning of the best methods they can implement in the organization. Practice :The second factor of this model is describing the HR management practices which includes the hiring or recruiting, training, compensation and relationship. HR requires focusing on the hiring as whenever they recruit an employee they should provide them an effective training session to understand the organization work process. Along with this, a management can also provide the compensation in different forms which will also attract the human creature to work in the Farm box company. It also affects the relationship between the employee and management which will lead a company to grow and develop. Making a better communication and creating an effective bond in the company will help and employee to suggest and share the obstacles and will feel a valued part of the organization. Outcomes :This factor elaborate the HR outcomes which includes the commitment, quality and flexibility. HR management should provide an effective work action to each employee. Performance Outcome :An HR management should have required to focus at the employee performance.Examinetheemployeeandorganizationalperformancewillleadthemto understand the area of development in the company. Evaluating the performance of employee and company will increase the productivity and innovation along with providing a quality service to the consumer. Human resource management needs to concentrate at the performance level so that they can be able to resolve and improve the particular area which will increase the stability of the employee in a company. Finance :HR management also should focus and concentrate on the benefits of the employee and not only a company (Sarker, 2017). Most of the company only focus at the organizational growth and its development which creates a huddle as employee will not be satisfied as they are working since many years, and they are not getting any benefits and profit even at financial or position. A management is also had responsibility to take care of the organization financial condition and ROI. CONCLUSION In this report, it has been concluded that Human resource management play a vital role in the organization which helps to improve the company growth and development. The report has included the different models or theories from which a company can enhance their employee engagement and productivity. It also involved the impact of these models on the Farm Box
company and its effectiveness which drive them to grow. At last of the report, it has performed a model which a company should follow for the improvement of the organization performance and can be able to achieve the higher success.
