decide which interview process will be effective for the recruitment process (Kooij and Boon,
2018). Accordingly, in my personal experience I believe that face to face experience is one the
best strategy of interview process as it helps me to communicate and clearly understand all the
requirements of the organization and can finely clear my doubts if any.
Acceptance of one or more candidates maintaining you would like to consider specialising in
talent management
According to Kremer (2022), in the past studies it has been identified and analysed that HR
management of the company is required to recruit a specializing in talent management from
where the firm can be able to get the profitable outcome and results. However, to become a part
of the HR it is important for an individual person to have a proper knowledge and skills like
communication and relationship building skills from where the HR recruiter can be able to find
the suitable employee for the company (De Prins, Stuer and Gielens, 2020). General Motors HR

HR Manager
Providing with Employment contract
In general, employment contract and offer letter both are similar to each other where in the
employment contract is signed between an employee and employer or labour union. It establishes
the responsibilities of both parties (Veluchamy, Kumar and Dey, 2021). Accordingly, the HR
management team also provides the employment contract to the employee from which a conflict
issue can be avoided is future areas.
Induction process
Induction is the procedure from which employees adjust to their new jobs and working
environment. It is a part of orientation which is used for a specific event. However, in the
recruitment process it is important for an individual HR to introduce the people whom working
with where it highlights preparation of contents, schedule and venue documentation and follow
up.
Reflective Journal
Being an HR administrator, it is my responsibility and duty to implement the recruitment
and selection process from where they can hire a suitable employee for the company
(Tsymbaliuk and et.al., 2021). In my experience, I had created a well-structured plan for
recruitment and selection process of the candidates from where the hiring can be done in
successful manner. Thus, at the first stage I need to evaluate and identify the appropriate CV of
the candidates from where I can shortlist the CV and can call the candidates for the further
interview process. Being an HR administrator, it is my duty to follow all the essential steps and
stages for hiring a candidate in successful manner and can enable the company to grow and
develop effectively. After the CV process, now it's my duty to initiate with recruitment and
selection process by creating a job role which makes the candidates to understand and know
about the particular job vacancy of the firm and can apply for the particular role. After that, a
documentation process of job specification is important to be done by my end so that effective
outcome can be achieved. Moreover, a job advertisement is also required to be made from which
people can know about the vacancy for a particular position and can apply for the job role (Dello
Russo and et.al., 2018). A CV short-listing matrix is also made for understanding the

requirement which meets the set criteria or not where interview process have been also taken by
me to know more about the candidate. Along with this, a job offering letter is given at the final
selection of the candidate to have an evidence of the job offering by the company which
candidate can accept and reject according to their mind-set. Also, providing the employment
contract is one of my duty for the betterment of the employee and employer both from which the
conflict can be reduced in definite manner. However, it is important for the HR management
team to understand the HR practices of recruiting and selection process from where they can
finely hire the suitable and right candidate for the company which benefits the firm to obtain the
effective and successful results.
CONCLUSION
The above mentioned report has concluded the importance of the Human resource
management practices which plays an important role in the growth and development of the firm
and can enhance their productivity level. In this report, it has included the introduction or
overview of the company and mentioned the CV for a particular job role. Along with this,
recruitment and selection process is also mentioned in the report to provide the appropriate
education and knowledge. Moreover, a job role is also created along with job specification to
know about the job vacancy areas whereas job advertisement is also performed for awareness in
regard with the specific job role and position. Thus, a short-listing procedure or matrix is also
mentioned including the brief about the different types of interview process. At last, job offering
and employment contract is also provided with their benefits to understand HR roles and
practices in recruiting process where a reflection of the HR administrator is also performed to
know about the responsibilities and working areas of human resource.
