Managing people in the form of collective relationship is to provide a significant
management practices and employees. This approach is basically helpful and focus on the
objectives for the growth of HRM functions. This is the notion of people to an enable the

is analysed to work and make deploying people and planning, monitoring and control of
employees. Most of the organisations are mainly focus on the lowering employees turnover and
make retain the talent by their workforce planning (Anderson, 2021). But it is considered that
employee's engagement is also an important factor for the HR department as it will lead to the
future success and growth in the organisation. The base company for this project is Sainsbury
Plc, second largest chain of supermarkets in UK. The company was founded in 18698 by John
James and headquartered is in London (Angelina, Bernarto and Yohana, 2021). This project
highlight about the brief introduction of employee's engagement, their legal regulation that are
formulated by the organisation. In last cost and benefits of the organisation related to employee's
engagement issues and some specified recommendation will be discussing in this report.

The employee's engagement is basically one of the HR concept that can be described at
the level of enthusiasm and work as higher dedication to feel towards the job and effective
personality report. Engagement of the employees basically care for their work and make
appropriate performance of the company and feel efforts to make a differences. Employee's
engagement is considered as a strength of mental and emotional connection in-between the
employees (Bardhan, 2021). It is considered as the team and organisational aspect are used to
work and make appropriate growth in the team management performance. This is basically based
on the trust, integrity and proper communication channel that helps the organisation to work
effectively and manage their basic approach to the company's success.

family so company should make a balance for work timings (Van Campen, 2021).
Without a proper time balance an individual will become futile and will lack behind in
their efficiency and effectiveness.
Career Growth Opportunities: Rising individual levels in terms of authority along-with
responsibility is required by everyone. Sainsbury gives opportunities of growth to its
employees this helps to maintain a competitive work environment and develops
employee-superior relations.
Cost and benefits to the organisation while dealing with the issue
When it comes to analyse the cost and benefits of the organisations when they are
working effectively into the employee's engagement are highly related. It is further evaluated
and effective for managing the task and provide an appropriate growth to work effectively in the
market and gain high profit ratio. Today's environment is so effective that are used to manage
and make appropriate growth to build up the important aspects and it is related to pay and
manage the perspective in different platform. The cost which is used by the company to work
effectively into the market or on the Sainsbury is related to make effective leadership approach,
having appropriate leadership, effective employee's engagement and training to the employees
for enhancing their performance (Monica, 2021). The cost of the organisation which is used to
work effectively and provide significant growth in Highly engaged workers, moderately engaged
people and try to motivate those who are disengaged from their working. These will be work
effectively and make a connection to their team workers and have positive feelings for the

employee's engagement and work life balance in the major perspective.
There are some major benefits which are gain by the company while they are dealing
with the issues and make growth in the major perspectives. Some of the benefits are:
Reduction in Absenteeism: Having absenteeism in the workplace may affect the work
life and continuity in the organisation. It mainly affects the cost of the company and
make a control which is not addressed in an effective way. Sainsbury try to work and
reduce their employee's absenteeism to gain more profit into the market.
Increased Productivity: One of the main growth that is useful for engage in employee's
productivity and make positive behaviour for the organisation and make more believe
nature in the company's mission and vision of the company. Sainsbury should try to
improve their employee's productivity and engagement that further helps in appreciating
their values and make different working style in higher productivity and efficiency

Healthier employees: Sanisbury try to operate their business activities that are related to
high stress and environmental aspect to make a better employee's retention and perform
