Retail sector of the UK is facing the effective growth and development which shows its
good performance of the industry. In the current era, there is higher level of the competition and
complexities prevailing in the market which require firm to pay attention on having the
significant functioning so that effectual growth & development can be attained. Human resource
management is basically related with the strategic approach that is effective an efficient in
required for management of people in organization so that competitive edge can be achieved.
HRM play distinct form of the role that aids in managing overall resources so that attracting new
candidates and retaining staff for the longer duration can become possible in the precise manner
(Amrutha and Geetha, 2020). For this purpose effectual HRM strategies so that positive
relationship between employees and management in turn accomplishing goal of higher
profitability & sustainability can be received. This tends to offer the varied form of the benefits
which can permit getting high employee engagement, innovation procedure, productive results,
etc. so that becomes important for organization to possess effective human resource
management so that coordinating with prevailing challenges can become possible. The current
investigation is based on TESCO which is one of the successful firm operating in retail sector by
offering various clothing, groceries, etc products. It will pay attention on using the qualitative
form of the research so that ascertaining role of HRM in managing resources for attracting and
retaining employees within TESCO.
The current investigation will focus on offering the information regarding HRM which
plays distinct types of roles that are recruiting, hiring, training & development, managing
company culture, creating safe work environment, etc. these all has the impact on the
functioning of firm that tend to evaluate that employees are satisfied in the current working
scenarios. Present report will focus on giving the information regarding the highlighted subject
matter so that accomplishing aim and objectives can become possible. This will permit in
