Introduction Human resource management is the process for recruiting, selecting and including for employees, providing orientation for effective growth in managing challenges in different sectors. The scope of HRM consist of acquisition, development, retention and control of human resources within Tesco. They have control, acquisition, maintained and development related to internal training and measure to work effectively and manage different data process within the organisation. These techniques are helpful for identifying the rectify management process to provide a systematic review to make degree to gain objective by each person and equipment in more effective process. It will further considered to provide a systematic to meet the objectives to make effective management for practical rules for preparation, implementation and monitor the nature in more efficient process. Issue identified- Bullying culture in Tesco As per the review of different sites, it is identified that the company have major issues that as per their employees. The very big and most identifying issue is Bullying culture, which can be related to verbal, psychological, physical and online platform to get access for future employment.
