INTRODUCTION Human resources management team plays an important role for the organisation in order to create positive environment in the organisation and to bring more opportunities for the company (Brierley, and Gwilliam, 2017). It is the responsibility of the human resources management team to overcome the problems which are facing by the organisation and create positive environment and culture in the company so that they can retain more talented employees in the organisation and improve the employee’s engagement in the organisation. There is different kind of problems which are facing by the company and it is the responsibility of the human resources management team who identify the problems and adopt the fact of techniques so that they can rectify the problems and create positive environment of the company. MAIN BODY Review that gives details of a problem in the workplace. Rude Work placement: According to a review it has been identified that it the work placement in Tesco is rude and managers of the company are rude to their employees. It has been complaint by the employees that the managers have a nature that they talk behind the back of the employees and not used clear communication with their team members to enhance the productivity of the organisation (Cosenz, and Noto, 2016). This review helpful to analyse that the company is lacking behind in the effective leadership to the employees whereas the colleagues of employees are good enough to work with in the company. This helps to analyse that the company has environment where workers want to work with great coordination but managers are not providing support to the employees. Uncaring Employer: According to this review also there is a problem in the management of the organisation where the managers are are not have any care for their employees and the new employees get help from their colleagues only. communication between employer and employee to have good productivity of the organisation but Tesco faces poor communication in the company. It has been analysed that the managers of the company are lazy enough to care about the targets as Tesco is a large organisation and they are easily able to fulfil their targets. It is really hard for employees to progress a word in the organisation and has great work politics in the organisation. This affect the job satisfaction of employees to work with Tesco Company and also impact the productivity of the organisation due to bad behaviour and management of managers in the organisation. Leadership:Leadership is the technique that can be described as the capabilities of an individual in order to double up the potential of the team in order to pursuit of a common interest. There are different kind of leadership styles that are required by the individual to follow them so that they can develop and create a positive environment of the organisation. And
effective leaders brings more positive outcomes and opportunities for the company and support the company to overcome the problems and build teamwork in the company so that they can influence and improve their employees engagement as well as employees retention rate in the company.
