Working in a multi diverse team
 It is important to work in a team because
nowadays, in every organisation work is given
in groups so that it can be completed on time
and this will lead to improving efficiency of
employees.
 This will also help in achieving goals and
objectives of company and task will be finished
on time.
 It is important that an employee should know
how to work in a team and help each other so
that work can be completed on time (Driskell,
Salas and Driskell, 2018).
