Human Resource Authority IntroductionThe human resource authority of any organization is one of the most important and prime part ofthe organization. Similar as other managing departments, the human resource authority of the organization has also some certain and specific roles and responsibilities to play. If the human resource authority of the organization is not doing their job properly, the administration of the organization would not be able to succeed in their trade strategies and the organization or the business of the organization would ultimately be harmed. Thus to avoid the downfall of the organization, the human resource authority of the organization should be concerned of some definite and certain aspects such as the recruitment of the workers of the organization, the remuneration procedure of the organization and other administrative departments. Thus the human resource authority of the organization holds an important and essential aspect of the organization. For the improvement of the business the hr managers of the organization would have to be conscious about some of the most important factor of the organization such as the recruitment of the new workers, the training session of the fresher workers, the remuneration system of the organization and many others. Similar as the other managing department, if the human resource authority of the organization fails to do their job properly and with care and skill, the authority of the organization would not get success in their mission which is to reach tothe top position and to establish the organization or the business of the organization. There are many sides of the human resource department of an organization which is the prime topic of the following research. Thus the following research will deal with the most important aspects of the authority of the organization.Page 3 of 18

Human Resource Authority Task 1Difference between personnel authority and human resource authority Both the personnel authority of the organization and the human resource department of the organization are almost equally important for the improvement of the organization. if the administration of the organization is willing to get success in less period, the human resource authority of the organization would have to be serious about some basic and fundamental factors. The prime responsibility of the personnel authority of the organization is to look after allthe organizational factors of the organization such as the production procedure of the organization, the fulfillment of the workers of the organization, the working environment of the workers of the organization, the performance of the workers or the workers of the organization and the feedback of the customers of the organization. On the other hand the prime accountability of the human resource authority is to recruit the fresher workers for the organization and then to train them to make them more involved with their job. After that the human resource authority is ought to look after the remuneration system of the workers and theywould also have to look after their bonus and reward system, for example, if an employee is doing overtime the human resource department of the organization is responsible to satisfy the needs of the workers. Both the personnel authority of the organization and the human resource authority of the organization hold equal value to the organization or the organization as a whole(Belenzon, & Tsolmon, 2015).
