INTRODUCTIONOrganisational success is a situation in which a firm is capable to attain all expectedresults in timely manner. This report is prepared in context with Hilton hotelwhich is a successful full service hotel operating at global level. Hotel was founded in 1919 andheadquartered in Virginia, U.S. At present, hotel is successfully operating at more than 580locations. This report is going to cover about organisation and its working structure, concept oforganisational design and its relation to organisation is mentioned. Contribution of HR toorganisation design and theories of change management are discussed. At last, way by whichorganisational design must respond to change is mentioned along with necessaryrecommendations to implement change properly. PART 1Introduction of organisationHilton hotel is an America based multinational hotel which is operating worldwide. Thisorganisation was established by Conrad Hilton in 1919. This organisation is performing itsbusiness activities in more than 80 countries and across six continents. Hilton Hotel is one of thebiggest hotel chain and targets both leisure & business travellers. Hotel offers exclusivediscounts and facilities like digital check in, Wi-Fi, keyless entry and amenity to choose roomvia mobile app to their customers. Customers are highly satisfied with the service of hotelmanagement due to which Hilton Hotel enjoys high advantage over rival companies (Čavlek,Ladkin and Willis, 2017).
