INTRODUCTION
Human resource department is an essential part of every business enterprise. They are
responsible for evaluating performance of employees those are directly or indirectly related with
an organisations (Alarcon, 2011). It is needed in profitable business management, whether
related to small or large sectors. All those crucial strategies and policies are made by this specific
department and all member of “Rowlinson knitwear” need to implement while performing their
overall job performances. Nowadays, this department is gaining maximum attention by their way
of handling team as well as increase profit for the company (Bass and Dalal-Clayton, 2012 ).
This project report is based on various methods such as training, learning and
development plan which would assist employees to motivate them to increase overall
performance of the company. Understanding of various approaches and learning styles in respect
to increase viability and reliability factors those are present in the organisation. On the basis of
discuss aspects, a proper analysis is being done to determine future sustainability for the
company.

1.1: Comparison of various learning styles
In every manufacturing or retail business organisation is having perfect human resources
department which is held responsible for managing all necessary resources that are helpful in
gaining maximum profit during the time. “Rowlinson Knitwear” is one of the latest retail sector
company which is gaining their importance in the market. There are wide number of employees
those are contributing their valuable efforts in attaining the organisational aims and objectives
more effectively. Henceforth, it is responsible role of HR manager to adopt different learning
styles in respect to improve overall performance of employees.
This would also assist in attaining desire objectives. It is crucial role of HR managers to
initial determine needs and wants of employees through implementing various different learning
styles as per their essential requirements. A lot of research is require to be made in relation to
determine human perceptions and various ways which is being follow to operate and collect
informations in more effective manner. Some of crucial learning styles are discuss underneath:
Kolb's learning style: Under this style of learning, the employee require to implement
four styles which are based on combination of various learning duration. Some of them are:
