Learning is unique because all people follows different types of learning styles.Main aim of learning style is that they provide effective and efficient way to learn new thing inthe world. Employees have different ways to enhance and increase their knowledge, skills,values and preferences (Abd Rahman and et.al., 2013). A nature and the processes involved inlearning includes various fields such as educational, neuropsychology and experimental field.“People R us” provides effective and efficient learning and training it helps the employees sothat they can easily increase their knowledge and to achieve desired goal.
