INTRODUCTIONHuman resource development is an effective process to enhance employee’s skills andknowledge in an appropriate manner. It is an essential for every company because it affectoverall growth of the firm. It defines some developing opportunities for their workers to showtheir talent and also improve their quality performance. Human resource development includestraining program, development classes for employee career to improve their performance level aswell as positive attitude in best way so that they achieve desirable goals in effective way(Albrecht and et. al., 2015). The main purpose of human resource development is to increaseemployees skills to maintain their positive attitude at workplace. It is an important responsibilityof the HR to provide better training program to their workers in order to enhance their ability aswell as productivity which contribute in organization success. Present report is based on “People'R' Us” which deliver appropriate service in human resource sector. It also define recruitment andselection for workers to evaluate the training event for Sun Court Residential Homes Limited.This report include various learning styles to enhance employee’s skills and ability toward itswork. Along with this learning curve and role of government in training is also mentioned in thisassignment.TASK 11.1 Different learning styleEvery organization wants to provide better training to their employees in order toimprove their overall performance to achieve positive results in appropriate manner. They alsoprovide better learning opportunities to its workforce so that they perform better. In thisacquiring processing it is an effective method which aid in providing skills and knowledge foremployee in various ways to enhance their capability as well as performance (Armstrong andTaylor, 2014). In this context many experts giver their styles and theories as per their research.David Kolb and Honey and Mumford's both are given their styles to improve employee’sperformance by giving best learning opportunities. So that comparison in both learning are asfollows:Kolb's Learning Style: He have given best learning style which include four aspects of style toenhance workers performance and develop their positive attitude. These four style are as follows:1

Divergence: In this style, an individual firstly watches and also discover all the variousactivities. These type of people best in their work and also having patience andbrainstorming of the people (Bakker and Leiter, 2010). With the help of this they getpersonal feedback by perform their best and also develop new and effective learning. Assimilation: This type of style is focused on those people who put their efforts ingenerating new ideas and also define new information. For this individuals focused onconcept learning by follow the logical knowledge. These type of people best in findingnew and innovative information.Convergence: This style is based on practical work and also opposite from various twostyle. In this people are good in gathering practical knowledge and also solve problems inan appropriate manner. It is more effective style because in this people find solution of allthe complex as well as hard situation.Accommodation: This style is more effective and interesting style because in this peoplefollow their in sider feeling rather than practical knowledge which aid in achievingeffective objectives in best manner.Honey and Mumford's Style: They advocate different four style which is totally different fromKolb's learning styles. Which are as follows:Activist: In this style, it is based on new and different challenges which face people andfind effective solution to resolve it (Bamberger, Biron and Meshoulam, 2014). This typeof people do not afraid from results.Reflectors: In this style it is related to the primary and secondary data which is gatheredby the individuals in order to achieve end results. All the people who work on theorganization they learn by watching and reading in their surroundings activities. Theorist: This style is related to the new observation which is followed by the peoplebecause they think logically and get effective solution of the individuals. They involvevarious models and theories to evaluate the organizational goals and objectives inappropriate manner.Pragmatist: In this the people focus on those theories which were not implemented inbefore. They accept new challenges to find better conclusion in appropriate manner. In the today's world everyone follow their ore rules and style but these both styles areeffective and also provide best segment to the peoples in order to improve their performance.2
