INTRODUCTIONHuman resource advancement is very essential for every type of affiliation. Withassistance of this employer will enhance working execution of employees through renderingtraining session to them (Human Resource Development, 2016). Along with this, bothgovernment as well as organisation will conduct some programmes to improve capabilities,skills, abilities and knowledge of staff members. It is must for labours to accomplish work withinrequisite time frame in an adequate way (Meara and et. al., 2015). To increase working quality ofworkers manager will provide on the job training to them. This assignment is related to SunCourt Limited which is set up in UK. This association is funded by government but due to manyreasons they cut it off by 20 percent. Thus, they are not having sufficient amount to give trainingto workers. This assignment is going to describe various learning styles which will be used byemployer to improve leaning of people. It is required for manager to find out training need sothat they will provide it to staff members accordingly. Success of training program need to beexamined in an effective way. TASK 11.1 Different type of learning stylesAs per modern scenario, it is required for an association to give some opportunities totheir labours in relation to learning; so that, they can easily enhance their career. It can be linkedwith various thinks, such as knowledge, abilities, preferences, beliefs, values, behaviour and soforth (Brewster, Mayrhofer and Morley, 2016). If staff members do their work by using newmethods then, this will make their work more effective and in addition will improve company'sgoodwill at marketplace.Many researchers propounded various hypothesis related to learning.
