INTRODUCTIONHuman resource development is an integrated course which is required to undertake forthe purpose of development of employees and staff within the organisation. This will includesprovidence of training and career development programs which helps in improvement of theirexisting skills. There is huge importance of these programmes and required to be conducted onregular basis to bring changes in the attitude and behaviour of employees and development oftheir overall personality. There are large number of benefits are gathered by organisation throughsuch offerings like higher involvement of employees, reduction in staff turnover, creation ofpositive working environment, effective customer services etc. Sun Court Residential HomesLtd. Provides garden accommodation to Old age people. Their main aim is to convert themselvesfrom generalist to specialist care home (Armstrong and Taylor, 2014). In the present report explain about, different types of learning styles, role of learningcurve along with importance of transfer of learning to workplace, contribution of learning stylesin designing of learning events, requirement of training needed at different levels of staff,advantages and disadvantages of training methods and application of systemic approach to plantraining events. Also, evaluation of training events, review of success of training methods androle of government in training and development programme. TASK 11.1 Comparing different learning stylesSun Court Ltd is one of the residential care home in UK which provides accommodationto the residents having the age of above 60. 50 rooms are available in care home. The CEO nevertakes care about the activities related to the development of their staff as he has opinion that it isnecessary cost and required to be minimum. But many factors are present which forces the CEOis to think about the training of their staff which are defined below:
