• The governmental bodies in UK needs to pay more significance on
the training and development programmes. The government carries
the objective of providing opportunities to the people who do not
have the access yet.
• The motive is to eradicate the difficulties coming across the
employability for all. The life long learning is motived significantly
in order to provide opportunities to large number of organisations
and people.
• Elimination of social discriminations is the prime aim of life long
learning. Social discrimination removal will create equal
opportunity of employment for everyone and increase the overall
