INTRODUCTIONIn this contemporary world, lots of business organisations are being established to earnhigher profit and desirable growth . For this, they require to manage organisational activities ineffective manner to getting appropriate outcomes. In this process, Human resource developmentis playing eminent role as they are responsible for recruiting and managing entire manpower forthe firm. In it, human resource manager helps to make proper structure for framing businessactivities appropriately (Albrech, 2011). Main objective of them is to recruit skilled andexperienced candidate who can easily achieve business target and goal as well. They alsoconduce effective training program to enhance interpersonal skill of existing candidates. Thisproject is based on Sun court Residential home limited which is provides care home andaccommodation services to old age people. This firm faces lots of issues due to untrained staff.CEO of Sun court Residential home limited believe that conducting training program foremployees is an unneeded cost that need to be kept on nominal. This report isdiscussing about different learning style and importance of learning curveand theories while planning a specific event. It is also represent need andimportance of training program and Role of government in lifelong learning.TASK 1 1.1 Comparison of different learning stylesEmployees of an organisation needs to be skilled and experienced who easily understandfirm's need. Reflector – These type of employees work as a leader in firm because they observeseveral element while making specific decision regarding organisation.
