INTRODUCTIONIn this contemporary world, lots of business organisations are being established to earnhigher profit and desirable growth . For this, they require to manage organisational activities ineffective manner to getting appropriate outcomes. In it, human resource manager helps to make proper structure for framing businessactivities appropriately (Albrech, 2011). Main objective of them is to recruit skilled andexperienced candidate who can easily achieve business target and goal as well. They alsoconduce effective training program to enhance interpersonal skill of existing candidates. Thisproject is based on Sun court Residential home limited which is provides care home andaccommodation services to old age people. This firm faces lots of issues due to untrained staff.CEO of Sun court Residential home limited believe that conducting training program foremployeesis an unneeded cost that need to be kept on nominal. This report isdiscussing about different learning style and importance of learning curveand theories while planning a specific event. It is also represent need andimportance of training program andRole of government in lifelong learning.TASK 11.1 Comparison of different learning stylesEmployees of an organisation needs to be skilled and experienced who easily understandfirm's need. In this process, learning play a most important role that helps to consider individual'sneeds to provide them appropriate training or to enhance their knowledge and experience towardbusiness activities easily (Armstrong and Taylor, 2014). For Sun court Residential home limited,it is require to analyse skills of their workforce to enhance their learning to provide effectiveservices to users. In this process, organisation can use two effective learning theories ofHoneyand Mumfordas well asKolb learning style that helps to develop employees skill as -Honey and Mumford learning style –This theory is stated by Peter honey and Alan Mumfordthat aid to enhance knowledge and learning criteria of individual by several methods as -Activist –These kind of individual are very active to improve their learning style byfacing new and challenging ideas in their working experience. Main objective of these1
kind of people is to attain new opportunities by implementing different ideas in theirworking procedure.Reflector –These type of employees work as a leader in firmbecausethey observeseveral element while making specific decision regarding organisation. They are properlyworking towards several activities for getting a numerous experience by perceiving them.These kind of individual are taking a long time to observe several elements (Bakker andLeiter, 2010).Theorist –Such individuals enjoy to learn models, facts and theories to implement themin learning process.
