INTRODUCTION Human resource is recognised as the body parts for an organization (Narasaiah, 2010).Effective maintenance and regular development of the HR is a crucial task for every corporation.HRD is the framework which assist and help the workforce in developing their self-esteem andorganizational skills, knowledge and potential. With help of training and development programany employees can learn the new skill, ability and criteria to operate business activities andfunction. Mentoring and also identifying an employees key potentials. The following studyanalyses different kinds of learning theories and styles which has been adopted by 'People R Us'which is a UK consultancy firm (Gold and et. al., 2013). The importance of training the staff ofSun court is discussed below. The study compares the function of governing bodies in trainingand development and its impact upon the performance and activities of employees.TASK 11.1Different ways of interpretation, organizing and representing the information is knownas the Learning styles (Gibb, 2011). This concept plays a vital role in an organization as it easilyinfluence people towards better performance through upgraded knowledge.It is an importantaspect for the corporation.' Visual: visual is to learn the things by seeing which gives the visual experience . It makesthe person to able to learn more. This kind of people can learn from diagram, pictures,images etc. (Poell, Rocco and Roth, 2014).Auditory: To learn the things the most appropriate concept was sound, music, rhyme etc.People R Us organization is a recruiting firm and is arranging for the training session forsun Court Residential Homes in which the firm can use this concept as a tool of learning.Reading and writing: The concept of reading and writing is the concept to learn. Thelearner has to read and then write the things he privation to learn . This will help theorganization to increase their performance. (Fenwick, 2011).Kinaesthetic: movement of the body or the action done by the hand or the use of gestureis the way to learn the things. Writing or drawing is considered as a physical activity. 1.2 Explanation about the roles and significance of learning curveThe learning curve have effective importance within the organisation through which employeesand worker can improve their learning skill, ability and knowledge. With help of this learningcurve, firm can assess and analyse the impact of training program. Elements of effective learningis also showcased in the learning curve. Manager of SME can conduct effective training programfor the employees so that necessary knowledge and skills been upgraded in them.There are somerole of learning curve which are discussed below-It states the increase or decrease in performance of employees as per the experience theypossessIt is one of the tool of measuring training program because it states the track record ofemployees as how they have performed.Learning curve also assist in setting up incentive rate schemes for the employees. The process will helps People R Us in analysing the individuals growth of an employee.Standardisation of the process provides the company with set outcomes demanded for process.The learning curve helps to the individual in improving their existing skill, ability and criteriaof working. (Kuchinke, 2010). The workforce of the corporations will be more engaged in theprocess of determining the desired results. It will prioritize activities involved in the learningprocess of the employees. In this aspect, organisation can improve their existing procedure andworking with help of learning curve and training and development activities.2
