The main function of human resource is to hire, motivate aswell as maintaining workforce in the company (Gottardello and Valverde, 2018). In this presentstudy, Arcadia Group of UK is being chosen for assessment. This is private retail company ofUnited Kingdom which was founded in 2002. Company is dealing in clothing, accessories andshoes. This present report will cover the key concept of recruitment and selection as well as HRdelivery model. MAIN BODY 1. HR delivery models, internal structures and relation within organisation.HR delivery provides many functions to the company like payroll processing, employeesbenefits as well as career advice. These services should be delivered to huge workforce and theways these are delivered are based on what is called as the HR model of service deliver(Longoni, Luzzini and Guerci, 2018). Arcadia Group should use models HR delivery in order touse the best services are as follows-Ulrich HR Model- This is one of the best strategy that give right guidance to employees.In order to make the best policies and strategies, Arcadia Group should use this model to makeeffective as well as friendly environment within company. This model defined a new strategicagenda for human resource. Addition to this, the functions of HR should be compartmented intofour segments which are strategic partners, change agents, administrative expert and employeechampion. With the help of this model HR manager of company can easily tackle theimportant issues by being a strategic partner. With the help of this model HR manager of company can support all the financialgoals by focusing on designing high quality as well as effective delivery ofservices to employees by being an administrative expert (Brunstein, 2016).With the assistance of model HR manager of organisation can meet the challengesof the changing business environment by being a change agent.With the assistance of model HR manager of organisation can focus on therelationship with employees by being an employee champion. 1
