INTRODUCTION
Human resource management refers to the managing of
organisation employees so that they can assist company to
take competitive advantage. As role and purpose of HRM is
being explained in this presentation. The assessment of
current employment relations is being done for company.
The employment law have great impact on the management
of human resource is also explained in this presentation

Role and purpose of human resource
management
Human resource management is most crucial function of the
organisation and in the service industry there has more pressure of
human resource. As for IHG hotel, that deals in hotel industry, the
management of human resource is considered most important for
developing a productive and efficient team so that company can
take competitive advantage. The human resource department of
organisation is obliged to choose the right person at right time for
right place so that pre set goals of organisation can be achieved.
