Some of the most important functions within the HR department are the followings:
Identify relevant laws regarding employment and various labour laws applicable and
ensure that organization employment rules and regulations are compliant with those
laws as well
Recruit employees and provide them training
Keep record of employees and ensure tax compliance
Managing payroll and employee benefits
Ensure effective coordination of employees with employers for ensuing that
implementation of organization strategies is effective and efficient as well
