By using HR life cycle, organization able to add value or gain opportunity to enhance employees skills and competencies which add value for the organization (HR life cycle,2019). In context of Thomas Cook, HR department planning to hire assistant manager for the marketing department in order to enhance marketing activities. So HR department have to follow proper process in order to hire skilled candidates for the role of assistant manager. There are four stages of HR life 1
