Human resource department controls various types of activities such asrecruitment of new employees for company (Alarcon, 2011). Conduction of training anddevelopment, giving appraisal, monitor performance of employees working in company. Humanresource contribute its efforts in order to attain gaols and objectives of company. The mainobjectives of Human resource department is to maximise level of profit of company. Humanresource manager of any company is called as the representative of any company because it takepert in different types of meeting with different client in order to explore business in differentpart of nation. Virgin Atlantic International is company with concerned on to provide airwaystravelling facilities in various nations. This project report deals about different types of functionsand needs and purpose of human resource management in company.
